The web interface and applications are available in German, English, Finnish, French, Dutch, Polish, and Spanish. Customer service is provided in local languages via secure messaging in the online banking and by phone. Since the account is operated through Raisin, you are not dependent on TBI Bank ’s own systems or require additional apps or credentials for any administrative steps related to the fixed-term deposit.

Raisin is based in Berlin, Germany. Using the marketplace, you only need to register once and can then open several savings options, such as a TBI Bank's fixed-term deposit, across Europe and the globe within minutes. The Raisin platform is available to adults residing in Germany, Austria, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. However, product offerings may vary by country.
You require a valid ID or passport to complete the identification procedure. In Germany, it can either be performed online via VideoIdent or in person at a post office branch (PostIdent). Once complete, you will get a reference account with Frankfurt-based Raisin Bank to which you shall connect your personal German current account. Afterwards, you can open the fixed-term deposit with TBI Bank. The desired amount will automatically be transferred from your Raisin reference account to TBI Bank.
